RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At SLΛYT, every piece is made and fulfilled with care. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@slayt.in with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the defect or damage
The product must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
We understand that sizing can vary.
Customers are eligible for up to 2 size exchanges per order, per product.
Size exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@slayt.in.
To qualify for a size exchange:
• The item must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
Exchange requests are subject to size availability.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only provided in cases where:
• A defective product was delivered
• A damaged product was delivered
• An incorrect product was delivered
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products ordered in the wrong size
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
